- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add dry red chillies, ginger, garlic, little salt, raw mango saute it and transfer it into a blender and blend it smoothly.
- Heat oil in the same pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, drum sticks, turmeric powder, salt and saute it and cover it with the lid and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add water, coriander powder and mix thoroughly place the lid and cook it for 3 -5 minutes.
- When drumsticks are 50% cooked add raw mango paste and mix thoroughly and place the lid and cook it for 5 minutes on slow flame.
Now check for seasoning and serve it with rice.
