Ingredients used in Tazukuri
• Dried sardines - 2 cups.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Mirin - 1 tea spoon.
• White sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Put the dried sardines in a frying pan and fry well. Take out and keep aside.
  • In pan, now add sugar, soy sauce, mirin and put on high heat.
  • When the sugar mixture is thickened, add the dried sardines. Stop the heat and stir well.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds.

Cool it before serving.
