TEMPURA AND TONKATSU

Ingredients used in TEMPURA AND TONKATSU
• Ice cubes - 3 numbers.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Corn flour - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Icing sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Baking soda or baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• French beans - 10 numbers.
• Carrot - 2 numbers.
• Green bell pepper - 1 number.
• Okra - 5-8 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
• Mayonnaise cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Radish grated - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
  • In a bowl add ice cubes, water, all purpose flour, corn flour, icing sugar, baking soda, salt, vinegar and mix it with lumps batter.
  • Dip the long pieces of french beans, carrot, green bell pepper, okra and deep fry in hot oil and transfer tempura into paper towel.
  • Like as shown in video drop left over batter with spoon in hot oil and deep fry, later transfer tenkatsu into paper towel.
  • In a bowl add mayonnaise cheese, radish grated, little salt, green part of spring onions and mix sauce nicely.
  • Take a serving plate and spread tonkatsu on top of it spread tempura and serve it with prepared sauce.
