Ingredients used in Thotakoora rice
• Curry leaves - 5 grams.
• Red chillies - 5 grams.
• Mustard seeds - 5 grams.
• Sanaga pappu - 5 grams.
• Jeera - 5 grams.
• Garlic flakes - 10 grams.
• Green chillis - 20 grams.
• Onion - 100 grams.
• Rice - 250 grams.
• Thotakoora - 200 grams.
• Salt to taste - .
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
Method:

Cook the rice and keep aside. Cook the Thotakoora adding little bit of water. Keep a pan on stove pour ghee and thadka things. After frying thadka add cut onion. Now paste thotakoora along with garlic, green chillies and jeera . Fry the onion until it becomes brown. Now add thotakoora paste and fry the whole thing for 5 minutes. Finally add rice too. It is very yummy.
