Ingredients used in Tomatoe Raita
• Pea nuts - 100 grams.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chillis - 4 small.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Tomatoe - 4 small.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Fresh corindar - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Roast the peanuts , remove the skin and crush them. keep aside 2. Cut the tomatoes and green chillis. 3. Heat oil in a pan , now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillis and tomatoes. 4. Let the tomatoes become soft. but not mashey. Remove from the gas. 5. Once this mixture becomes cool add curd and then the peanuts mixture. 6. Now mix all the ingredients well and add chopped corindar on top. 7. Your raita is ready....
