Ingredients used in ulavacharukodiguddu
• Mustard seds,cuminseeds,curryleav,redchillis, - 1coriander tablespoons.
• Tamarind juice(medium consistancy) - 2 cup.
• Eggs(boiled) - 3 .
• Ulavacharu - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 small.
• Red chilli powder,salt to taste,little bit dhania powder - .
Method:
1.put 4tbs of oil in the pan . 2.when oil is heated ,add mustard,cumuin seeds,curry leavs,redchillis,. 3.after that add onions and fry them 4.in the mean while in a bowl add 2cups tamarind juice and 1 cup ulavcharu in a bowl and mix them throughly. 5.when onins get fried pour the ulavachru juice (the mix) in the pan and let to boil in medium sim til it get thickens when the rasam reaches add eggs(see that on the eggs u make light slits)so that it will absorb juice into the eggs.we should boil the juice till it gets litle bit thicknes.at the end add coriander. 5.if u cook in the morning it will be very tastyin the night becos the eggs will absorb all the taste of the rasam
