Ingredients used in Unagi (eel) Stir-fry
• Skewered unagi kabayaki - 1 number.
• Green chili - 1 number.
• Shiitake mushrooms - 3 numbers.
• Mirin - 3 tablespoons.
• Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Sake - 1 tablespoon.
• Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Chop green chili, shiitake mushroom and unagi into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute green chili and shiitake, then add unagi in the pan.
  • Pour mirin, soy sauce and sake mixture in the pan and saute the ingredients for a minute.

Serve hot.
