Ingredients used in Uppudu Pindi
• Cumin seeds - 1 grams.
• Salt - to taste oz.
• Onion - 1 big.
• Green chilli - 4 head.
• Water - 3 cup.
• Rice floor - 3 cup.
• Zeera - 1 grams.
• Peanuts - 10 grams.
• Zinger garlic paste - 2 grams.
• Oil - 10 ml.
Method:
First take a kadai and heat it then add oil in to it, when the oil becomes lightly heated add zeera, cumin seeds, wait for 1 min then add green chills, chopped onions and roast them , later add peanuts and fry them ...then add 3 cups of water to it , then add salt and zinger garlic paste to the water and let it to become boil then add rice floor to the boiled water and stir it continuously until the floor is mixed well with the boiled water and it should be dispersed like a powder....then put the heat into medium flame and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 mins.... then mix it once again well and add butter or pure ghee on the top if required....then its ready to eat....
