Ingredients used in Vegetable Bean Soup
• Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 number.
• Pasta - 1/3 cup.
• Vegetable juice - 100 ml.
• Veg. bouillon cube - 1 number.
• Chick peas (drained) - 1 can.
• Frozen soup vegetables - 500 grams.
• Celery seed - half tea spoon.
• Dried onion flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Dash tabasco - to taste.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 4.5 cups.
Method:
  • In sauce pan, add water, vegetable juice, soup mix, bouillon cube and bring to boil.
  • Add pasta, dried onions, celery seed, frozen vegetables, lower the heat and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
  • Add drained chick peas and tabasco, pepper and salt to taste, boil.

Serve hot.
