VEGETABLE LOAF

Ingredients used in VEGETABLE LOAF
• Butter - 2-3 piece.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Mixed herbs - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Carrots(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
• American corn - 1/2 cup.
• Cottage cheese - 3/4 cup.
• Soya granules - 1/2 cup.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Nutmeg - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan and add onions, garlic, all purpose flour and saute it.
  • Add mixed herbs, milk, carrots, green peas, american corn, cottage cheese, boiled soya granules, boiled and mashed potato, black pepper, nutmeg, coriander, salt and mix nicely.
  • Spread some bread crumbs at bottom of baking tray and spread above mixture and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Transfer into chopping board and cut into pieces.

Now vegetable loaf is ready to serve.
