Ingredients used in VEGETABLE LOAF
• Butter - 2-3 piece.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 1/4 teaspoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Mixed herbs - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Carrots(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
• American corn - 1/2 cup.
• Cottage cheese - 1 tablespoons.
• Soya granules - 1/2 cup.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Nutmeg - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
Method:

1. Heat butter in a pan and add onions, garlic, all purpose flour and saute it. 2. Add mixed herbs, milk, carrots, green peas, american corn, cottage cheese, boiled soya granules, boiled and mashed potato, black pepper, nutmeg, coriander, salt and mix nicely. 3. Spread some bread crumbs at bottom of baking tray and spread above mixture and bake in oven for 20-25 mins. 5. Transfer into chopping board and cut into pieces. 6. Now vegetable loaf is ready to serve.
