Ingredients used in Vegetable Pakodas
• Tumeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Spring onions - 2 numbers.
• Green cabbage finely sliced - 1/4 piece.
• Green chillies sliced - 3 numbers.
• Large red onion thinly sliced - 1 numbers.
• Large potatoes peeled & diced - 4 numbers.
• Besan - 2 cup.
• Cooking oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Mix all vegetables together in a bowl Mix chickpea flour, salt and pepper and add water until consistency is runny Add vegetables and mix well Heat oil Add spoonfuls of the mix and fry until golden
