Ingredients used in Vegetable Roti Beetroot Apple Juice
• Beetroot (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Spinach (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Apple (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Finger millet flour - 1 cup.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Grind finely chopped beetroot, spinach, carrot, apple, ginger, garlic to fine paste.
  • Later strain the juice and pulp separately. Keep aside.

Beetroot juice is ready then let's prepare Roti's...

  • Season beetroot pulp with cumin powder, cinnamon powder, salt, chopped green chilies, finger millet flour, wheat flour and make it into a stiff dough.
  • Then divide the dough into small dumplings after that roll it into small rotis.
  • At last, roast on both sides by applying oil.

DeliciousVegetable Roti Beetroot Apple Juice is ready to serve.
