Ingredients used in Vegetable Shampai Rolls
• Green chilli finely chopped - 4 .
• Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tomato sauce - 2 or 3 tablespoons.
• Ajnamoto - 1 pinch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Finely chopped carrots,beans,cabbage - - 1 cup.
• Grated paneer - 3 tablespoons.
• Maida - 3 tablespoons.
• Cornflour - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Maida and cornflour mix well and make like dosa batter. Make dosa on pan with this flour. Fry only one side donot make it crispy. Mix all beans,carrot,cabbage,gingergarlicpaste, ajnamoto, tomatosauce,pepper powder, salt, greenchillies,and grated paneer In dosa put all the above mixture and roll it closing the edges cut dosa into three pieces if its big or else just cover the edges In pan heat oil and defry these rolls in medium flame this will be fried in just a minute and serve with sauce
