Ingredients used in vegetable upma noodles
• Vegetables(beans,carrots.green peas) - each 50 grams.
• Green chilli - 2 piece.
• Mustard - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Corainder leaves - Garnish leaf.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 12 leaf.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Cashewnut - 8 numbers.
• Ginger - Piece small.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Noodles(white) - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Semolina - 1 cup.
Method:
Fry Semolina in a deep wok until it gives aroma.Take it out and spread it in a plate.In the same wok put some oil .Add mustard,white split dal and jeera .When mustard pops add onion ,green chilli, ginger ,turmeric powder, cashews and curry leaves and saute it. Add the vegetales and some salt Sprinkle some water . Let it cook for some time. Meanwhile take a bowl of water .Bring it to boil and put the noodles and cook it well for 10 to 15 mins. Take it out and drain the water and keep it aside.Now add 1 cup of water to the veg. mix.. For any upma equal quantity of water should be added. .When water bolis add semolina little by little.If it is dry sprinkle some water. Now add the cooked noodles to the semolina.Stir well until the all the stuff is mixed well. Garnish with corainder leaves.
