Ingredients used in Vinayaka Chaviti Kudumulu
• Jagrrey - 250 grams.
• Grounded rice flour - 500 grams.
• Elaichi - 2 pinch.
Method:
Preparation of Grounded rice Flour : Soak 1 or 2 cups of rice in water for 4-5 hrs then put the rice on the cloth so that extra moisture is absorbed by the cloth and then grind it in the grinder and filter it for the fine powder . Jagrreyy syrup : take 250 gm of jagrrey with little bit of water and boil it till it dissolves in water then filter it and cool it Preparation of Kudumulu: take 500 gm of rice flour and mix the jagrrey syrup slowly till u make a nice dough (just like chapati ) then make into round or flat small small kudumus with it and arrange them in idli stand or a plate and steam them for 15 mins then take out and eat them with coconut chutney or butter with sambar karam mmmm yummy
