Ingredients used in Wheat Flour and Cheese Cookies
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/4 cup.
• Corn meal - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Butter (cubes) - 3 numbers.
• Processed cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Olive oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, all purpose flour, cornmeal, pepper powder, baking soda, baking powder and mix nicely. Add butter and mix nicely. Add processed cheese, olive oil and mix it gently, add milk and mix like as shown in video without kneading it. Place it on tabletop, take small dumpling and make a round flat shape using hand and place it on a baking tray. Place it oven and bake it 180ºC for 15 -20 minutes until nicely coloured. Now wheat flour cookies are ready to serve.
