eggs	number	3
finely chopped onions	tbsp	3
ghee	to fry
ginger minced	tbsp	1
grated coconut	cup	1/4
green chillies chopped fine	tbsp	1/2
salt	to taste

Seperate the whites and yolks into two different bowls. Whisk the egg yolks well in a bowl.Add all other ingredients and mix well. Whisk the egg whites stiff and fold into the mixture. Heat ghee in a pan.Pour the mixture and spread it evenly.When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan roll it carefully like a pan roll.Cut into 3 slices and cook for a few more minutes.Remove from fire and serve hot.
