Description : This is a kind of salad that can be eaten raw. Very healthy it has a lot of protein.who is dieting can exclude coconut.

Directions | How to make Kosambari
 
1. Soak Moong dal for 3-4 hours and wash and drain water. 2. Chop Cucumber, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves finely and add it to Moong Dal. 3. Add the freshly grated coconut and salt to the moong dal. 4. Season it by heating oil, add mustard and hing and add the seasoning to the moong dal. 5. Just before eating add lemon juice.
