Ingredients used in SWEET POTATO SOUP
• Sweet potatoes - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Cinnamon sticks - 2 numbers.
• Bay leaf - 1 number.
• Carrots - 1 tablespoon.
• Beans - 1 tablespoon.
• Cabbage - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Leeks - 1/4 cup.
• Cream - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Firstly boil sweet potatoes and peel out its skin.
  • Mash them and keep it aside.
  • Take oil in a hot pan, then add cinnamon sticks and bay leaf.
  • Add beans, carrots, cabbage, salt and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add pepper powder, leeks, sweet potato liquid paste(mixed in water) and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the bay leaf and cinnamon sticks from it.
  • Now switch off the flame and add cream in it.
  • Mix it and serve hot in a soup bowl.
