Ingredients used in LAMB LIVER MASALA
• Garlic - 10 cloves.
• Ginger - small piece.
• Jeera - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander seed - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper corns - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 sticks.
• Clove - 2 numbers.
• Red chilli - 6 numbers.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Liver - 500 grams.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon - 1 number.
Method:
  • Cut the liver into small cube.
  • Grind to a paste with a little water the remaining ingrediants except the liver ,onion, coriander leaves and keep the paste aside.
  • Fry the onion well in ghee, add the liver cubes,groud masala and salt.Cook till the liver is done.
  • Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves

I am not a big fan of lamb liver so I tried a different recipe, I found it easy to make and very tasty. I would try this again.
