Ingredients used in Seviyan
• Vemicelli semiyan) - 50 grams.
• Whole milk - 500 ml.
• Almonds & pistachios - 2 tablespoons.
• Condensed milk - half can.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Raisin - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Heat clarified butter in a pan, fry the vermicelli until it turns light brown.
  • Separately in a pot bring the milk to a boil. Add condensed milk, vermicelli and cardamom powder. Cook for 3 -5 minutes or until it gets soft.
  • Finally garnishwith raisins and nuts.
