Recipe of Bean Burrito

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Haricot Beans (soak Them In Water For Atleast 4 Hrs) 1 Cup
Onion 1 Numbers
Garlic 4 Clove
Pasta Sauce 1/2 Cup
Onion Cut Finely 1 Numbers
Grated Cheddar Cheese 100 Grams
Tabasco Sauce To Taste
Plain Torillas(maida Rotis) 6 Numbers

Directions

  1. Pressure cook the haricot beans with the onion and garlic.

  2. Mash well and add salt.
  3. On a tortilla spread the bean paste on one side.

  4. Top with a spoonful of pasta sauce, sprinkle onions and cheddar cheese.

  5. Roll it up and heat in microvave for a minute.

  6. Serve hot.
  7. Can sprinkle tabasco sauce while eating for those who like it spicy.

intead of pasta sauce try freshly made salsa(maxican)& replace kidneybeans by pintobeans
