Description
Fried ice cream is a dessert made from a breaded scoop of ice cream that is quickly deep-fried creating a warm, crispy shell around the still-cold ice cream.

Recipe of Deep-Fried Ice-cream

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
packets vanilla ice-cream  2 Numbers
vanilla essence  1/2 Teaspoons
cookie crumbs  2 Cup
dry bread crumbs, powdered finely  1 Cup
coconut, desiccated  1/4 Cup
egg, beaten  1 Numbers
oil   To Fry

Directions
  1. Scoop and roll ice-cream into 6 balls

  2. Freeze for 2 hours
  3. Mix cookie crumbs, vanilla essence and 1 egg beaten

  4. In a separate bowl mix bread crumbs and coconut powder

  5. Dip the ice-cream balls in above mixture

  6. Roll in coconut-crumb mixture
  7. Put in deep freezer for 8-10 hours

  8. Heat oil for deep frying
  9. Fry ice-cream balls, one at a time till golden brown

  10. Serve with ice-cream sauce of your choice
