Ingredients used in Fried Butter Biscuits
• Egg - 1 number.
• All-purpose flour/maida - 1 cup.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Icing sugar(powdered sugar) - 1 cup.
• Almonds flakes - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water melon seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take all purpose flour(100gms) in a bowl, add butter(25gms), give it a good mix, now add a pinch of salt, powdered sugar, finely chopped almonds, cardamom powder, watermelon seeds, vanilla essence, baking powder and mix it well.
  • Now to it add beaten egg and water mix it into a nice dough,take small portions of dough, roll to thick rotis, cut into desired shapes and deep fry in hot oil.

Delicious Fried Butter Biscuits are now ready to serve.
