Description : this recipe i dedicate to my mom , as i am away from her for the last two years.

for masala - grind fennel, cinnamon, cardamom , corriander powder, kashmiri mirch

all in equal quantity

ginger and garlic paste

as usual to make grvy thick

Directions | How to make Hot Chicken Curry - Kerala Style
 
Take a kadhai, put some oil ( as you reqd ) put mustard seeds with curry leaves , when it crackles add onion and fry till golden brown . add ginger garlic paste and fry till done. and the grounded masala ( fennel, cinnamon, cardamom , corriander powder, kashmiri mirch), please note masala what you are putting should in a semiliquid form. ok now fry the masala and add chicken to it and turn for a while . add water and lett the chicken simmer and done well. add coconut milk to it , stir and remove immediately . your hot chicken curry is ready . oops !! i forgot to put salt you can put anytime you want. believe me you will like this . cheers !
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
masala what you are adding should be equal quantity, excluding cinnamon and cardamom. the colour of the gravy should be best served with rice only. Good when served with kerala paratha.
