- Take a blender,add chicken pieces, chopped onions, green chilies, boiled rice, grind to a coarse paste, transfer into a bowl add coriander leaves, red chili powder, salt, mix well, shape the prepared mixture into small dumplings, shallow fry them and keep aside.
- Now, to the same pan, add chopped onion, turmeric powder, saute well, add choppedtomatoes and fry till onions turn slightly transparent.
- Meanwhile, take a bowl, add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chickpea flour, curd, water andmix to aslurry of desired consistency, transfer to the cooking pan, mix well and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried chicken koftas, cook for about 5 minutes, turn off the flame and transfer to servingbowl.
Delicious Chicken Kofta Curry is now ready to serve with hot rice or roti of your choice.
