White Flour Or Maida 1/2 Cup
Yoghurt Or Dahi 2 Tablespoons
Yeast 1/2 Teaspoons
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Water 1 Cup
A Few Strands Of Saffron
Oil To Fry
Salt A Pinch
A Little Oil


Make a batter of the dahi, maida, saffron and yeast with a little oil. Let it rise for several hours. In a saucepan, boil sugar and water till you have a thick two-strand chasni. Keep it warm on the stove. Fill the batter into a squeeze bottle (like that used for ketchup). Squeeze shapes into the hot oil and drain quickly. Dip in chasni for 1-2 minutes and drain.

first of all ur method of teaching is very-2 good(seen ur viedos many times
if we are adding yeast in to it then why are we keeping the batter to rest for 'several' hours???

As far as the recipe it is easy but i have two questions. you told that we should rise the batter for several hours !several hours means how many hours we should rise this batter. can we use baking powder in the place of yeast. please reply me quickly. iam going to do that today. pleaseeeeeeeeee. thank u.bye
