Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Garlic Paste (Pisa Lasan) 1 Teaspoons
Onions 2 Numbers
Ginger Paste (Pisi Adrak) 1 Teaspoons
Lemon Or Rice Vinegar 1 Numbers
Plain Yogurt 2 Cup
Sugar 1 Tablespoons
Black Pepper (Kaali Mirch) To Taste
Grounded Cumin Seeds (Pisa Zeera) 2 Tablespoons
Cilantro (Hara Dhania) 1 Bunch
Grounded Coriander Seeds (Pisa Dhania) 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
Cayenne Peppers Or Chilli Paste 1/2 to 1/3 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1/2 Teaspoons


1) Put all ingredients in a blender and liquify well.

2) Simmer on low heat on stove until thickened slightly and flavor is set.

3) Use as a marinade for rice, kababs, meat, or fish.
