Recipe of Peanut Chutney

Red Chillie  6-7 Numbers
Shredded coconut  1/2 Cup
Tamarind  1 Pinch
Peanut  1 Cup
mustard seeds,urud dal  1 Tablespoons
salt  1 Pinch

Roast the peanut till its golden brown.peel the skin of it. put the tamarind,cocnut,red chili and roasted amp; skin pealed peanut ,salt into blender and grind it as paste. Add tempering to it ,in oil fry the mustard seeds,urud dal,curry leaves and mix it with the paste. serve with idli,dhosai.
