Ingredients used in Masala Chai
• Cardamom (crushed) - 3 numbers.
• Dried ginger (chunk ) - 1 numbers.
• Cinnamon stick (1/4 inch) - 1 piece.
• Tea leaves - 4 teaspoons.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Black peppers - 2 numbers.
• Sugar - to taste.
Method:
  • Boil two cups of water in a pan.
  • Add all ingredients except sugar and milk and boil for about 30 seconds. Then allow it to stand for a minute.
  • In a pot, heat the milk.
  • Later, filter the tea into cups .
  • Now add milk and sugar to the same cups.

Masala tea is ready to serve.

Great chai recipe! I only had powdered cardamon, ginger, black pepper, so I substituted those, and it turned out great. Used 6 cloves instead of 3. Added 1 tiny drop of vanilla extract. Also I used more tea because I think my tea leaves are old an

Love your recipe for Masala Chai! Chai has helped me quit coffee! I Used fresh ginger instead of dried, a mix of almond and coconut milk instead of cow's milk and last but not least-Jaggery instead of sugar-what a potion!!! Thank you and I look forwa
