CHAPATI DATES LADDU

Ingredients used in CHAPATI DATES LADDU
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Ghee - 1-2 tea spoon.
• Almond powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Dates - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a chapati dough prepared by mixing wheat flour, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of oil, water then roll into round chapati using a rolling pin.
  • Place it on a hot pan and cook on both sides using ghee.
  • Cut chapati into pieces and transfer to a blender, add almond powder, cardamom powder, dates, a pinch of salt and blend it coarsely.
  • Then transfer to a plate and little ghee and make round laddu using a hand.

Now chapati dates laddu is ready to serve.
