COOKED APPLE BUTTERSCOTCH

Ingredients used in COOKED APPLE BUTTERSCOTCH
• Apples - 2 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 1-2 sticks.
• Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Remove the peel and centre part of apple.
  • Place in the boiling water pan with little cinnamon, brown sugar cook it with a lid on it.
  • Caramelise sugar with little water in a pan.
  • To it add butter and cream and mix to form sauce.
  • To it add vanilla essence and mix it.
  • Remove the apples into a serving plate and pour the sauce on top of it.

Now the cooked apple butterscotch is ready to serve.
