Greens with Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients used in Greens with Pumpkin Seeds
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Spring onion - 1 bunch.
• Pumpkin seeds (crushed) - 1 tablespoon.
• Zucchini - 2 numbers.
• Black pepper powder - to taste.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Chop onion, spring onions, spinach and zuchhini.
  • First slightly fry onion, then mix in spring onions, spinach, zuchhini and crushed pumpkin seeds.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Leave to cook on very low heat, allowing natural vegie juices to cook the meal.
  • Add a few tablespoons of water if necessary. Cook it for10 minutes.

Eat with new potatoes or wholemeal dumplings or stuff a pitta bread with it.
