Ingredients used in GRILLED LIME BUTTER PANEER WITH FRESH MANGO KOSUMALLI SALAD
• Butter - 3 teaspoons.
• Mustard powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Finely chopped ginger - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chopped spring onions - 2 tablespoons.
• Paneer slices - 2 numbers.
• Moong dal - 1/2 cup.
• Finely chopped raw mango - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Cucumber(chopped) - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Finely chopped green chillies - 1 number.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Black pepper powder - 2 pinch.
• Fresh grated coconut - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato sauce - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take butter in a plate and add mustard powder, finely chopped ginger, lime juice, Kashmiri red chili powder and mix it well. Now add rice flour, salt, chopped spring onions and mix it well. Now apply this mixture to paneer slices and grill it. Grill it both the sides. For kosumallai salad take half-n-hour before soaked moong dal, finely chopped raw mango, cucumber, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, sugar, lime juice, salt, and mix it well. Turn out the paneer slices so that it’s cooked the other side also. Now add black pepper powder, fresh grated coconut and mix it again. Switch off the flame and take a mould on a plate and fill the mixture in it. Now place the paneer slice on it and garnish it with sauce and spring onions.
