Pumpkin And Tomato Chutney

Ingredients used in Pumpkin And Tomato Chutney
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Pumpkin (pieces) - 1 cup.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Garlic - 2-3 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 pinch.
• Dry red chillies - 4-5 numbers.
• Tamarind - 4-5 piece.
Method:
  • Heat in a pan add mustard seeds, and some fenugreek seeds dry roast it.
  • And transfer into a mixie jar blended into coarse powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add pumpkin, green chilies, coriander leaves saute it for 2 minutes. switch off the flame.
  • Transfer to a blender and add salt grind into a coarse paste.
  • Take a bowl and add some yogurt, coarse paste, Coconut and mix it nicely. Check the seasoning.

Now pumpkin and tomato chutney are ready to serve with raitha any pulav any biryanis.
