Recipe of Tofu Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Sugar 1 Teaspoons
Vinegar 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilly Paste 1 Teaspoons
Soya Sauce 1/2 Teaspoons
Ginger Chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
Garlic Chopped 1 Teaspoons
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Chilly Flakes 1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Tofu 5 Piece
Broccoli Florets 5 Numbers
Corn Starch 2 Tablespoons
Spring Onions 3 Numbers
Stock 2 Cup

Directions

  1. Take the broccoli and cut them into florets, and tofu also cut them in to length wise
  2.  Take corn starch in a bowl add salt, chilly flakes, add water mix it like a thick paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add the tofu (dip it in the corn starch mixture) cook it all sides till golden colour, in this add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, Soya sauce, chilly paste, vinegar, sugar, spring onions,
  4. add stock (chicken stock, or vegetable stock), salt.
  5.  Add broccoli and stir fry add corn starch slurry, mix it well, and switch off the flame
