Ingredients used in CHOPSUEY
• Chili - 5 tablespoons.
• Corn starch - 1.5 tablespoons.
• Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 2.5 tablespoons.
• Onions, bell pepper, carrots, cabbage - 1.5 cup.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 1.5 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Saute vegetable in 2 tablespoon oil for 3 minutes add soya sauce salt and chili. when boiling add tomato ketchup.
  • When tomato puree comes on boil add 1 tablespoon corn starch mixed with 1.5 cup of water in the pan.
  • It will start thickening and will come to boil.
  • Keep boiling on slow heat for 5 minutes add sugar mix it.

serve it hot on crispy noodles

do u have to fry the noodles or boil them first drain and then fry whats the procedure
