Ingredients used in Turkey Burger
• Turkey mince - 1 lbs.
• Cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chopped onion - 1/2 cup.
• Garama masala - pinch.
• Cumin seeds - pinch.
• Pepper - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 3 numbers.
• Fennel powder - pinch.
Method:
Take turkey mincemeat in a bowl, add cream ( optional), green chillis chopped finely, coriander leaves, salt, chopped onions,garam masala, mix well. In ding chick,add garlic, pepper, cumin seeds, fennel, add this to turkey mixture, mix well. Take a pan, add little oil to it and make a small round dumpling as burger shape cook till its colour changes to brown, if you want you can close the burger and cook. Use this in a burger in between the burger rolls.

pl. post the receipe of making veggie burger. I also like the veggie subs they make in subway with veggie Patty. Would love to learn it. If Possible have a session seperate to make these dishes. Thanks.
