Ingredients used in Alaska Salmon Melts
• Cheddar cheese - 1 cup.
• Celery seed - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - half tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Dried parsley - 1 tea spoon.
• Mayonnaise - 1/3 cup.
• Alaska salmon - 40 grams.
• Muffin - 4 numbers.
Method:
  • For spread , mix salmon with mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, seasoned salt, and celery seed. Also add half cup of cheese.
  • Cut muffins into 2 halves.
  • Set oven to broil. Lightly toast cut side of muffins on baking sheet about 5 inches from heat.
  • Spoon 1/4 cup salmon mixture or 1/3 cup onto each toasted muffin half. Top with remaining cheese. Broil 3 to 4 minutes until cheese melts and is lightly browned.

Serve hot.
