Aloo Mattar Fried Bread Rolls

Ingredients used in Aloo Mattar Fried Bread Rolls
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green peas/ muttor - 1/2 cup.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Potato/aloo (boiled) - 2 number.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread slices - 3 number.
• Water - as required.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, salt, green peas,give it a mix, add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, boiled potato pieces, lemon juice, cook well and transfer into a bowl.
  • Now take the bread slices and sprinkle the water and roll it with rolling pin as shown in the video.
  • Now stuff the prepared potato mixture, sprinkle water, seal it as shown in the video and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Cut half the fried bread rolls and serve hot.
