Ingredients used in ANARDANA PARATHA
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Anardana powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Potato pieces(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Butter milk or yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion, green chillies, salt, potato pieces, anardana powder and saute it and keep aside.
  2. Then mash the mixture and make the round balls.
  3. Take a bowl and addall purpose flour, salt, buttermilk or yoghurt and mix thoroughly and add 1 tbs oil to make the medium soft dough.
  4. Take the small dumpling and press it using hands and keep the ball stuffing in the middle and close the edges.
  5. Then by using rolling pin roll the paratha.
  6. Heat the tawa and cook the paratha on both sides by applying butter.
