Ingredients used in APPLE HALWA
• Apple (grated) - 1 number.
• Ghee - (3-4) teaspoons.
• Cashew nut - (5-8) numbers.
• Raisins - (8-10) numbers.
• Semolina - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardamom powder - pinch.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Saffron - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Remove peel and grate the apple.
  • Heat ghee in apan, add cashew nut, raisins and saute it.When raisins are puffed up add semolina and saute it.
  • Heat ghee in another pan and add grated apple, cardamon powder and saute it.Add milk, saffron colour, and saute it.
  • Add roasted semolina mixture and mix it.Add sugar and mix nicely. Place lid and cook for 2 minutes.

Now apple halwa is ready to serve.
