Ingredients used in Banjari Gosht
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Whole garam masala - 2 numbers.
• Whole red chillies - 4 numbers.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Yogurt - 2 cups.
• Mutton - 600 grams.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • First heat the oil and then add few sliced onions to it. Saute it till it turns brown.
  • Add to it ginger-garlic paste, whole gram masala, powder of red chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt according to the taste.
  • Then addmutton, curd.
  • Next, add roasted and crushed coriander seeds and leave it to be cooked.
  • Once it is cooked, garnish the preparation with pounded coriander seeds and whole red chilllies.
