Ingredients used in Breakfast Egg Potato Bread Upma
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Chilly powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic chopped - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Potato - 1 number.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Mushrooms - 6 numbers.
• Tomato chopped - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Bread coarse crumbs - 2 cups.
Method:
  • Heat white butter in a pan add cumin seeds, ginger garlic chopped, raw potatoes (cut into small pieces), salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, chopped onions, let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add green chilly, mushrooms, eggs, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, bread powder, sprinkle water, mix it well, put the lid on cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
