CARROT MAIDA BURFI

Ingredients used in CARROT MAIDA BURFI
• Carrot - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Cardomom powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Fresh coconut - 1 cup.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Condenced milk - 1/2 cup.
• Saffron colour - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ghee - 1 cup.
Method:

1. Take a pan and add ghee, grated carrot, mix it nicely.

2. Cook it till is nice colour comes and then transfer in to a plate

3. In the same pan add butter, all purppose flour, and cook it for 10 minutes.

4. After that add cardomom powder, grated coconut, and mix it well.

5. Add carrot, saffron colour, condenced milk, and mix it nicely.

6. Take a plate grease the ghee and transfer the mixture into the plate.

7. When the burfi is cool cut in to small pieces.

8. Then serve in a serving plate.
