Ingredients used in Chicken In Garlic And Tomato
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Tomato sauce - 1 cup.
• Oil - to taste.
• Red chillies - 4 numbers.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Ajinomoto - 1 pinch.
• Spring onion (chopped) - as required.
Method:
  • Marinate chicken with garlic paste, salt for at least15-20 minutes.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of oil in non-stick kadai.
  • Fry the chopped onions and the whole red chillies until it becomes brown in colour.
  • Add the marinated chicken and fry for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Then add the tomato sauce in it and cook it on slow flame covered with a lid.
  • To it, even adda pinch of ajinomoto and simmer it for some time.
  • At last, garnish it with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.

Hi In the recipe of CHICKEN IN GARLIC AND TOMATO, garlic itself is missing?????. Also no details of marination
