Ingredients used in chilli paneer
• Spring onions (chopped ) - 2 large.
• Capsicum (chopped ) - 1 large.
• Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chilies (chopped ) - 10 piece.
• Corn flour - 4 tablespoons.
• Paneer - 500 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Cut paneer into small square shaped pieces. Prepare a thick batter by using corn flour and salt to it. Heat oil in a pan, dip paneer in that batter and fry in the oil till light brown. Keep the paneer aside. Heat oil in another pan, add chopped onions, green chilies, and capsicum to it. Fry till it turns to light brown. Then add tomato sauce, chili sauce and soya sauce to it. Remove the fried items from heat and add it to the paneer kept aside. Mix all the ingredients well. At last, add coriander leaves on the top of it and serve hot.
