Ingredients used in CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
• Egg yok - 1 number.
• Red wine - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Dark chocolate - 1/2 cup.
• Whip cream - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add egg yolk, whisk it above steaming water pan.
  • Add little bit of red wine whisk again later add sugar and whisk it.
  • Add dark chocolate melted in steaming water, whip cream little by little and mix nicely.
  • Transfer it into serving glass and garnish with melted chocolate.

Now the chocolate mousse is ready to serve.
