Ingredients used in CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
• Egg yok - 1 number.
• Red wine - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Dark chocolate - 1/2 cup.
• Whip cream - 1 cup.
Take a bowl and add egg yolk, whisk it above steaming water pan.
Add little bit of red wine whisk again later add sugar and whisk it.
Add dark chocolate melted in steaming water, whip cream little by little and mix nicely.
Transfer it into serving glass and garnish with melted chocolate.
