Ingredients used in Cinnamon cookies
• Water (or) milk - 20 ml.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• All purpose flour - 200 grams.
• Vanilla extracts - ½ tea spoon.
• Cinnamon powder - 10 grams.
• Sugar powder - 80 grams.
• Butter - 120 grams.
Method:
  • In a bowl add butter, powder sugar, cinnamon powder and mix this well until creamy consistency.
  • In this add vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, baking powder, water (or) milk, mix this like a dough rest for 5 minutes, keep it in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Roll the dough 1/3rd inch, on this sprinkle castor sugar, cinnamon powder, once again roll it and cut them into a star shape and put it on the baking tray.
  • Bake them at 180c for 15 minutes.
