- Take a bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, salt, butter and mix nicely.
- Using water, make it to a murukku dough.
- Heat oil in a pan, take portion of dough then place it in murukku press and deep fry in hot oil.
- Transfer into a plate allow it rest it.
Now Ragi Millet Murukku is ready to serve
